it’s soft and small and hardly something of note,
but from the likes of her, it’s something. oh, she
has enough to deal with as it is and adding
‘teach-the-new-girl-how-to-magic’ is definitely
not something she wants to delve in to, but this
is what she does now, isn’t it? help people?the old her would have scoffed, would have felt
a bitter taste upon her tongue and the strong
need to fling someone in to a wall with but a flick
of her wrist… it’s a good thing she’s changed, hmm?
”
feeling nothing isn’t necessarily better
than feeling everything at once…” agreeing words
fall from her lips, and her mind wanders to her mother.
heartless, in every sense of the word. she’d had to
tear her heart from her chest in order to control her
magic, just so she could climb the metaphoric ladder
of a royal. something tells her that removing her
heart isn’t on elsa’s list of options.a heavy sigh, and regina stands straight. arms still
wound around her waist, her gaze lifts to elsa’s and
she resigns herself. “… i can help you.”

For the next few moments, she stood there with widened eyes
and a dropped jaw. Honestly, if Anna was there she would laugh
because of Elsa’s expression. Never did she expect Regina to
make such an offer. She never expected ANYONE to make such
an offer. For so long people just expected her to be able to learn
how to control her powers on her own. No one ever offered to
TEACH her, to help her in general.
After a while, she was able to snap back to reality.
However, when she did, a tear rolled down her face.
She would never admit it out loud, but she always
wanted a mentor. She always wanted someone she
could speak to about her powers. It’s why she could
not help but want to speak to the Snow Queen, why
she wanted to have a conversation with the woman.
For so long, she sought out companionship. She sought out someone who
could UNDERSTAND the struggles she faces. Anna could never truly
understand. She could help Elsa through the struggles, but she would never
have to deal with the fear, the self-hatred and Elsa never wanted Anna to feel
that way. After everything, Anna deserved HAPPINESS.
❝Regina
I truly appreciate this offer, but are you sure?
I do not want to be a bother.❞
